These are a huge hit with the family and are great when you are in a hurry with very little prep time …… so we are a family of 4 so you adjust your serving sizes depending on how many you are cooking for ….
- Minted lamb kebabs
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/2 block of feta cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt & black pepper for seasoning
Start by preheating oven to a moderate heat , place kebabs on a flat tray , grilling or bbq is perfectly fine too .
Roughly chop the peppers and place on baking tray quarter the onion and scatter amongst the peppers place the garlic bulbs whole in and amongst the mixed veg season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil
Place in the oven with the kebabs and cook until soft and starting to brown
Once the kebabs are cooked and the veg place on a plate and scatter the feta cheese on top and enjoy
