Sunny side up !

Breakfast

This is a super easy and quick breakfast ideal in the week and weekends !

I love spinach and use it almost everyday much to my families horror ….. packed with iron and antioxidants it’s an absolute staple in my fridge and adds colour to any meal insrantly

  • Free range eggs
  • Streaky bacon
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Butter
  • Black pepper

Cook the bacon how you like to cook it . I like to fry mine in a pan with either butter or olive oil . Grilling or microwaving is perfectly fine

Fry the mushrooms sliced or whole either is acceptable

Cook your eggs,always sunny side up for me ,the runnier the better 😋

Arrange the spinach on your plate , load the bacon on top , place the egg on the side and sprinkle the mushrooms over the plate

Season with black pepper and enjoy !!!
