
When I say homemade it is homemade but I cheat on the mayo , so this is a dirty keto version as I don’t make my own mayo , it’s shop bought and contains sugar hence the dirty keto !
- White cabbage
- Red onion
- Carrots
- Mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic salt
- Black pepper
Grate the carrots , finely slice the onion and shred the cabbage
Add all the ingredient to a mixing bowl season with the garlic salt .
In a separate bowl I mix my mayonnaise and dijon mustard usually Its a good 4 heaped tablespoons and 2 teaspoons of dijon
Then add the mayo to the coleslaw mixture and stir until it’s all coated in the mayo
Season with black pepper and your good to go !
